Formulas and conversions for easy planning
Here are a few simple formulas and conversions that may help you in planning your water garden. Formulas are approximate figures only. Remember to double filtration size in hot climates, direct sun, or shallow ponds. For example, a 500-gallon pond should be sized with a filter rated no smaller than 1000 gallons. |
